In an effort to speed up development and increase system flexiblity Value Stream configuration changes needed to be made via a JSON file. This required the user to download the file, edit, and then reload. We received feedback that this was a cumbersome process and in some cases beyond the skill level of users.

We worked through several iterations of concepts that had varying degrees of development work. In the end we decided to invest the time to deliver the full solution out of the gate to the delight of customers.
