The existing platform forced Investors to use only one bank account for distribution of funds within a single investment.
After implementing several payment features the need to provide Investors with the ability to link mulitple bank accounts became clear. After showing prototypes and usability testing we were able to hone in on a solution.Solution
Mapped out the existing process flow so the team was clear on where we needed to go and ensure we were not missing any blind spots.
Outlined the steps required for Investors to turn on and utlize the new feature.
Pulled Bank Accounts out of an existing component and added a "Bank Account" block to the Investor Profile Page.
